Grading Standards – Dry Beans

KOMEX uses the East African Grading Standards for Grains.  The standards specify the requirements, sampling, and testing methods for Grains traded on KOMEX.

The specific requirements for dry common beans (Phaseolus vulgaris Linn), intended for human consumption, are:
