Section 6(1) of the Capital Markets Act Cap 485A of 2019, Laws of Kenya, requires Self-Regulatory Organizations (SRO) to develop rules to be approved by the Capital Markets Authority in order to be licensed as Commodities Exchange Operator by the Capital Markets Authority.
